赤ワインを入れ一気にこんがり焼き上げ、
にんにくの香ばしさとローズマリーの香りが引き立つ鶏肉に仕上げます。

ソースは、トマトをベースとしています。
西洋料理と日本料理を混ぜ合わせた料理に仕上げてみました。
食べた時の口の中ハーブの香りがで広がり、食感も柔らかく感じます。
トマトベースのソースは、トマトの酸味とブイヨンの濃くを合わせ、隠し味にりんごとはちみつを入れます。
